Preliminary agreement signed for the acquisition of Energy Systems Services (ESS)

Announced during the KEY trade fair in Rimini

During the KEY trade fair in Rimini, Terna Energy Solutions signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Energy System Services (ESS), a company of the BayWa r.e. Group, active in Italy in services for renewable installations and electrical substations (EPC and O&M).

Stefano Schiavoni (CEO of Terna Energy Solutions) and Massimo La Gioia (CEO of Altenia) commented on the preliminary agreement for the acquisition of ESS, confirming Terna Energy Solutions’ growth path and strengthening in Central and Southern Italy.
