Project Manager
The employee will be responsible for coordinating, planning, executing, and finalizing the projects assigned to them. It will be the Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and adheres to the contractual deadlines and the allocated budget.
Main activities
- Project Management: Coordinate the entire project lifecycle, from planning to final reporting, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Resource Coordination: Manage internal and external teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed in accordance with shared technical and financial objectives;
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide periodic reports on progress and results;
- Communication and Relations: Oversee internal and external communication, including relations with clients, authorities, and stakeholders;
- Procurement and Contracts: Coordinate procurement, bidding, and supply activities, supporting negotiations and contract management;

Project Engineer
Main activities
- Technical management of projects: managing ongoing communication with the client regarding electrical and civil engineering aspects and overseeing technical project issues;
- Preparation of project documentation: development of calculations, drawings, and technical specifications to support design activities;
- Coordination of external professional firms: ongoing liaison with designers and external firms to coordinate activities and verify and validate the technical documentation produced;
- Technical liaison with suppliers: analysis and technical alignment of bids for the supply of equipment and services, verifying their consistency with project specifications.
Skills
- Knowledge of the main national and European technical standards in the fields of civil and structural engineering or electrical and energy engineering;
- Knowledge of structural design and analysis software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, Robot, Straus7, SismiCad, and ProSAP;
- Knowledge of CAD/BIM and GIS software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, QGIS, and ArcGIS;
- Knowledge of electrical and energy design software, with particular emphasis on tools for system sizing and analysis.

Site Manager
Main activities:
- Planning and Operational Coordination: plan, coordinate, and supervise construction site activities, ensuring the smooth progress of work;
- Project Relationship Management: coordinate with the Project Manager, Client, Construction Supervisor, Safety Coordinator, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders;
- Time, Cost, and Quality Control: ensure compliance with the schedule, budget, and required quality standards;
- Staff Coordination: Manage on-site operational resources, assigning tasks and monitoring performance;
- Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the implementation of safety measures and compliance with applicable regulations;
- Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the effective execution of activities;
- Issue Management: Identify and resolve operational issues and unforeseen events, promptly implementing appropriate corrective actions;
- Technical Supervision: Verify that work is performed correctly in accordance with project plans, technical specifications, and required standards;
- Project Management Support: Assist the Project Manager in managing accounts payable, including the preparation of measurement logs, accounting records, and progress reports;
- Monitoring and reporting: Prepare periodic reports on the progress of activities and the results achieved.

Service Manager
Main activities:
- Maintenance Management: Plan, monitor, and report on routine and non-routine maintenance activities for assigned facilities and contracts;
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate the activities of group companies and external suppliers involved in the performance of maintenance services;
- Relationship Management: Maintain technical relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in operational activities;
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct technical analyses of facilities under maintenance by monitoring performance and preparing the relevant technical reports;
- Documentation and Compliance Support: Assist the relevant departments in preparing the administrative and HSE documentation required for access to customer facilities.
Skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate maintenance activities and technical interventions on electrical and energy systems, including high-voltage systems, electrical substations, and photovoltaic systems;
- Ability to manage and coordinate suppliers and external contractors;

Maintenance Technician
The employee will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities under our management, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations.
Main activities
- Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on production systems, including transformers, MV/LV equipment, and substations, as well as transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and other high-voltage equipment;
- Inspections and Tests: Conduct periodic inspections, tests, and measurements to monitor equipment performance and identify anomalies;
- Diagnosis and repairs: diagnose and resolve faults and malfunctions by repairing or replacing defective components;
- Installation and commissioning: install, commission, and test new equipment;
- Documentation: prepare reports and technical documentation related to maintenance activities; Safety and collaboration: comply with safety regulations and collaborate with technicians and engineers to optimize plant performance.
Skills
- Knowledge of the Italian language at a C2 level;
- Previous experience in construction site management;
- Knowledge of HSE regulations;
- Knowledge of the main civil and electrical processes;
- Availability for travel is required.
Education
High school diploma or vocational certificate in a technical field (electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent);
PES, PAV, and PEI certifications (for experienced, knowledgeable, and qualified individuals).

On site, the facilities we manage are located throughout Italy.
Protection Specialist
The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and testing the protection systems for high- and medium-voltage electrical installations. He or she will also analyze the behavior of the installations and verify their proper operation through appropriate field tests.
Main activities:
- Development of specialized electrical studies, such as protection coordination studies, load flow analysis, short-circuit calculations, harmonic studies, and static/dynamic studies of electrical systems, using simulation software and in-house spreadsheets;
- Support for the engineering department in the design of protection and measurement systems;
- Configuration of protection relays: defining protection function parameters, developing automation logic, and configuring interfaces with supervisory systems;
- Field Testing: conducting factory acceptance tests (FAT) and on-site acceptance tests (SAT) of protection and control systems using specialized equipment;
- Conducting specialized tests: performing tests and inspections on high-voltage equipment, such as circuit breakers, disconnect switches, current transformers (CTs), voltage transformers (VT), and power transformers, using specialized equipment.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of specialized simulation software for testing protective systems and high-voltage devices (e.g., relay test set, primary injections)
- Basic knowledge of the main communication protocols in the energy sector, particularly IEC 61850;
- Knowledge of the English language.
Education:
Electrical engineering diploma or degree in electrical engineering
Workplace:
70% in the office at the Padua headquarters
30% on-site throughout Italy. Willingness to travel is required to conduct site visits, closely monitor the progress of the work, and meet with the client and contractors on-site.
