Altenia driving the Group’s growth in 2025

On 26 March 2026, the Board of Directors approved the 2025 results

2025 marks a year of strong growth for the Terna Group, with Altenia playing a key role in the development of renewable energy and energy infrastructure. The integration of the Energy Services business, the acquisition of STE Energy, and the growing demand for infrastructure supporting photovoltaic plants and data centres have underpinned a solid and well‑structured expansion path.

Terna Energy Solutions’ activities show a significant increase compared to the previous year:

  • Revenues: €754.4 million (+29.2% vs. 2024)
  • EBITDA: €141.1 million (+30.9% YoY)

Altenia continues to strengthen its operational capabilities, specialised expertise and territorial presence, confirming its strategic role in supporting the energy transition and the Group’s customers.
